This Halloween, be part of a brand new kind of TV paranormal investigation with the sole aim of uncovering hard evidence of paranormal activity. Two teams of experienced investigators, using very different approaches and equipment, will be sent into one of the UK’s scariest locations to uncover the paranormal. But will the evidence they gather stand up to the scrutiny of our in-house scientific and historical experts? Will they be able to explain incidents that are seemingly beyond the range of normal? Or will they, along with you the viewer, observe experiences that lie outside of rational explanation? Join us LIVE on 30th & 31st October, exclusively on LIVING. If you dare.

Watched 15 mins last night and turned off, thought it’s worth giving the new crew a second chance. Sorry to say a real flop. Most Haunted Live (once out of the intro rubbish and keeping away from wing nut) was in fact a good show. I hope Yvette & Karl bring something simular back once out of any contract clauses Living stuffed up them. Well, xtra factor oit is then…yawnnnnnn
Bring back Most Haunted! Watched new programme, was thoroughly disappointed, amateurish and unprofessional – Have no reason to watch Living telly anymore! Gutted
what a load of rubbish, I gave up after about an hour and watched something else. MH was brilliant – these are a bunch of amateurs, logs move on fires because they are burning not because of a spirit!!!
gutted yvette has left most haunted for me yvette is most haunted no one can replace her how ever they try so you cant blame the new show for trying,to do what they did for so many years with the fan base they had you cant expect a new show just take over were yvette left it,i wish them all the best in the future and cant wait to hear yvette,s dirty laugh on tele soon.
it cant be the easiest thing to present a new show to replace MH, especially when we all knew exactly how the series was presented. The one thing I am not missing is the interactive comments, drawings and emails to say my pet is howling!
I loved early most haunted but as the series went by things were not going as great as people remember.
I agree things are not as good as they shoud be on the new programe but give the teams/presenter time to gel to gether.

Oh my god – last nights paranormal investigation was the most boring show I have ever watched !! I agree with a previous reviewer that most haunted was at its best when david wells was in it. I was looking forward to the new show hoping it might be more serious than most haunted, but what a disappointment. You could have got anyone off the street & they would have done a better job than these so called experts. They were complete amateurs & didnt seem to know what they were doing. They need to take a leaf out of TAPS in the usa & then the programme would be worth watching again. It sent me to sleep watching it & I wont be bothering to tune in to tonights episode. DISAPPOINTED !!!!
What an absolute load of CRAP, Was tjis done on a budget of £0.50 or £0.75 this is such an unprofessional show it was un real in itself. 1 hour went by,struggling 2hours found more entertainment and interest in the adverts. You deffinately have biten your nose off to spite you face. You had somthing good and you have thrown it away. Take this CRAP off and bring back Most Haunted Live.

Will miss Most Haunted and their what seemed like a neverending quest to find whether there really is life after death. Loved the interactive where audiences gave their sightings and showed concern for the team.
I started watching the new paranormal show on Saturday and got bored after about 10 minutes and switched back to x factor.
Bring back Yvette and Carl – they are both just brilliant.
Every see the interview between Justin Lee Collins and Yvette Fielding where she “slagged” off mediums big style. No waonder she has made her millions and left the show what a pity – howeve, it really was good entertainment and did bring a tinkLe down your spine !

Truth has nothing to do with it. At least MH was fun. PI is puerile, neither informative nor entertaining. After one episode it bears the stench of TV oblivion.
New show is nearer the truth because it relies on
genuine paranormal activity taking place and this
may or may not happen. M.H created it themselves to have you on the edge of your seats (or not) as the case may be. You can’t have it both ways. You either sit through hours in anticipation and it may not happen or
you have it fake and kid yourselves. Do you
really want genuine or do you just want a laugh and to be entertained by those presenting it.?
I can’t believe MH and MHL are finished!! I am still in mourning! Is there anyway that MH can be brought back with other members if Yvette is no longer able to continue with the show?
I watched Paranormal Investigation Live and I was not impressed it made me even more upset that MHL will not be on again.

Firstly, it was very bad of MH to cease in such a fashion. The shows had made millions of pounds off loyal viewers/fans and to not finish off by doing a very last show to say goodbye is/was totally out of order – Hope Yvette and her team can live with themselves over this. As to the new show – Yes, it is wooden, but give it a chance. At least they are trying a scientific approach. Every new show is a bit creaky to start with, so as I say, give it a chance. It is very difficult to match a show like MH which was well established and slick. Saying that, I really do not think that the new show will remain if it is not radically changed and the presenter removed – You must had a charismatic and entertaining presenter and I’m afraid that this one isn’t. Again, shame on MH for letting themselves and their loyal viewers/fans down in such a “kick-in-the-teeth” fashion.

Paranormal investigations is CRAP CRAP CRAP surely it can’t be aired again? Sorry for Most Haunted being axed. I think Living has lost the plot thinking this could possibly work using amateurs (no Psychics). But I do think Most Haunted had also lost direction thinking it was bigger than Derek Acorah and especially David Wells. These were their meal ticket! Substituting these gifted Mediums with third rate psychics (being polite) was their undoing. David Wells was definately their winning ingredient and without him Most Haunted became insignificant. That’s not to take anything away from Evett Fielding as she was an entertaining host if only she kept quiet at the crucial moments and got rid of her wimpering mouthpieces such as the makeup girl.
That said I would like Evett to team up again with a genuinely gifted Medium and reform the team (without the makeup artist and club owner)
This Paranormal Investigation sucks, there was no action in it at all, nobody knew what they were doing. Why take off Most Huanted for this???

I stuck with the new show for about an hour but it was so boring! Living has made a huge mistake dropping MH – I was pining for Most Huanted – please bring it back – it is far superior.
living tv brought us the best paranormal show ever and now its brought us the worst. What on earth were they thinking! Bring back most haunted and do it quick or you’ll find you’ll loose all your viewers. THIS IS RUBBISH!

YAWN, What a load of crap. My God is that the best you can come up with. Paranormal investigation has just earned yvette and gang a huge pay increase. No one is going to watch that rubbish its already ruined my Halloween thanks very much.Come back Most Haunted ( but without throwing things) and can you do it by tomorrow night ??

I think the major difference is that these guys are amatuer, obviously with very little budget for equipment etc. Most Haunted become a massive production, with lots of money spent on it, and this appears to be a massive step back to what viewers are used too. I also find it a bit strange there is no mediums involved. Would probably have been a better idea to do some recorded shows first, build up a bit of a following, rather than go straight into the Live shows. Would love this to work for the teams, but sorry, it’s just not happening for me.
Worra loada loada!!!! I thought this was going to be more real. Most Haunted with David Wells was the best and, then got silly with Kath and Lesley screaming every 5 minutes. As for this lot, they don’t know what the hell they are doing. EMBARRASSINGLY BAD BUNCH OF AMATEURS!!!!! BORED SILLY.
