Can’t blame her, big day coming up. Very exciting, hope the weather is at its best for the happy couple.
They ask us to question everything, they can’t then complain when we question them. 😉 It’s a legitimate question, though, I wasn’t about to let him get away with that comment in light of what had happened.
He’s certainly a lot better now. I put Dexy to bed a little while ago, he was sleeping next to my feet, so he might as well have been in his bed and then Artie went roaming the house, she’s recaptured her castle. XD
Aww… She’s sleeping in a seat near to me. It’s nice for her to have this time, important that she gets to spend it with someone too. She won’t feel ignored or like she isn’t loved as much. Like kids, I suppose. XD

Anyway. Good to see you. I’d best be going to bed now. Artie likes to see me off, follows me until I get into bed and I’m almost asleep, then she either jumps on the bed or she goes to jump on Mum and Dad’s bed.

I don’t think anybody knows what channel MH will be on if/when it comes back. As far as I am aware they have yet to be signed up by a broadcaster. The PickTV thing sounded impressive, but it’s owned by Sky, who own LIVING, who still owned the rights to the back catalogue of MH eps last I heard.

We shall see, not sure what’s become of the Lionsgate deal, it was announced ahead of the release of CS, CS came out, then nothing, no releases of the last few lives or MH: Midsummer Murders, but that could link in with the issue over who owns rights to what. Problem is, there was no follow up DVD of a new ep. Halloween 2012 would have been the perfect opportunity for a Halloween cash-in, but apparently not. If they’d priced the DVD better, then that would help £9.99 for an episode of 68 mins was not a good idea, when you consider what you’d be willing to pay for a film of double that time. Anyway, veered off the point a bit, sorry.

The weekend was nice and relaxing, got a bit of sunny weather and spent a lot of time playing with Dexter. Had a very happy puppy springing around the garden barking. He was so cute.
He wasn’t well yesterday evening, but he’s a lot better now, well enough to chase Artie.

Claire’s been having difficulty posting on here, not sure why, but she’s safe.

Fred did make an amusing comment a few days back about MPs/MEPs being lily-livered, I don’t know if he reads this site, I know Simon does but not sure about Fred. If Fred’s reading this, perhaps he would care to explain how he reconciled that lecture about cowardice with his involvement in the attacks during Conwaygate, which was, all told, an 8-on-1 attack.

True story of my first visit to The Stanley Hotel – Just after I arrived, late at night, I was looking at photos hanging in the bottom level of the hotel near the coffee shop. An elderly gentleman rounded the corner from down the hall, smiled at me and said “hello.” I said “hi” and he told me “You are welcome here.” Oddly intrigued by his greeting, I replied “Thank you.” He smiled and continued on his way down the hallway.

Later that evening, I recounted the story to some friends. “What did the old man look like?” they asked. I replied that he had gray hair, a beard and and hands that looked like he suffered with arthritis. My friends’ eyes grew big and they asked me to follow them. I did…and they showed me the photo posted here. “That’s him!” I told my friends. I was surprised to learn that the man who warmly greeted me was Mr. FO Stanley, original owner of the hotel…and that he had died in 1940!

@ Debby it sounds so simple but you and Nikki truly do appreciate your families and its lovely to hear, you would be surprised just how many folks around me are…well…. it seems like they moan all the time.

My bday was great my mum had brought me the most scrummiest choc cake ever with candles to blow out (tee hee felt like a little girl again) it was from Marks n sparks and its yummy (just to let you all knowif you are ever in the food court)
I have never dowsed Claire but often wanted to try , so i need to purchase some dowsing rods??? does it work with a certain type of wood though???
i as you know have always wanted to do a vigil so i’m halfway there with a camera , but i still haven’t ventured out yet due to the awful arctic weather still !!!
tried a makeshift ouija which again as i’ve said ended up with my sister’s cat drawing it to a scary close .
Tried meditation , needed more time and quietness tho, love to try scrying,and automatic writing btw that was a very intriguing story about the dream and the monk, yes it all leads to automatic writng that does .
dont get me wrong i’m pleased that they are promoting the digital mag , but to say well it’s back and to open your eyes etc i feel that’s a bit of a sarcastic comment and not relevant , ijust cause the magazine is out it’s not out on tele yet and really as they know that’s what the public wants mmmm i agree with Debby i dont want to sound negative about it all , and i agree to keep a positive lid on it all , but there’s an air of “palming off” about it sorry but everyone is entitled to an opinion wether you agree or not simon.
anyway saying that i hope they do well with their sales , but i dont think it would be of any use to me .

i had some lovely prezzies and cards and well wishes , my hubby sent me a great card that summed it all up it read “I know sometimes i drive you mad , but my heart’s in the right place………. inside the card “Next to yours” lol and the kids got me a big card with over 39 kisses and hugs inside ! they do dive you potty sometimes , but you also think to yourself how blessed you are to have a loving family eh!!!
