A DVD DIGITAL NIGHTVISION CAMCORDER WITH TAPE YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and it’s a beautiful bit of tech , he said well it was second hand but good golly missmolly i didn’t care about that i was so over the moon with it so now i’m going to go Ghostbusting with my new bit of kit , so when we do finally meet up gang i can bring me camcorder lollolololol i’m going to go to my local graveyard first dont know when but just to test it out teehee i’m like a big kid with a new toy !
Anyway nuff of that Can’t wait for Ripper st to come on set to record how many are there do you know? i’ve put on series link anyhow , no more mentions as of yet about MHNG
When i visited my mum in Derby we went past the oldest pub which is called “Ye olde dolphin Inn” and they had a big poster up saying “The start of our own Richard Felix’s tours” which i thought Aww god bless you Rich , loved to meet that guy .
Now i’m going to come across as a bit of a naive nitwit , but is David Wells partner F or M i’m so sorry for my ignorance because as you know i love The Wells , but he has come across ocassionaly as feminate which i know is stupid of me to think that , so i apologise if you all think i’ve been stereotypical but i have to ask , and i also apologise to the lovely David as it wouldn’t matter to me eithar way what his partner was right blushing sheepiness over .

Hello, everyone, Merry Christmas, not long to go now. 😀

I am *so* happy for Gary McKinnon, his wonderful, inspirational mother Janis (the refusal of extradition was announced on her birthday, 16th October) and for Richard O’Dwyer and his just as wonderful and inspirational mother Julia. They’re both going to be home to spend Christmas and the rest of their lives with their loved ones, best Christmas present for them ever. 😀

Had lots of family and friends visiting and to visit in the past few days and I’ll be giving Reggie his Christmas dinner tomorrow.
My family went for a drink to celebrate Christmas and to celebrate my brother’s birthday (he’s 19 today) it’s been an exhausting few days. I knew a double Gin and Tonic at half one pm was a bad idea, but I didn’t care, still needed a nap in the afternoon, though.

I miss David on MH, but I know why he will never come back, poor guy. I think he and Gordon worked so well together, they’ve worked together a few times since and there was a workshop ‘Intuitive Celts’ that was a few events run by a company featuring David, Gordon and Kyle Gray (whom David seems to have taken under his wing) they weren’t at the event at the same workshop, as there were three over several months lead by each of them, but if the three were in a room, I’d love to be a fly on the wall, as I think they’d be a great deal of fun. 😀

I miss The Coven when I’m not here, I miss everyone on the site. xxx 🙂

He’s so lovely, I bet he gives people eyes and they give him food, they’re not daft, they know how to play people. XD

I’ve finished writing Chapter one of the Torchwood/Paranormal Activity crossover, just need to type it, send it to my beta reader and then post it up, I’ve got a solid plan for my Doctor Who/Most Haunted Weeping Angels crossover, I just need to figure out if I should leave the ending open, or have a conclusion to it. Just as a warning, nobody is safe.
Love Mark Gatiss, he’s brilliant. Saw my first ep of League of Gentlemen the other week, it was the Christmas special and I did enjoy it, so I’ll be looking for it when it’s repeated. >:)
Mark Gatiss, Joseph Lidster and James Goss are my favourite Doctor Who/Torchwood writers.

Not long until Dexy comes home, we’re going to get him on Friday 11th January, 18 days tomorrow. 😀 That’ll put Artie’s little nose out of joint. XD She’s been a pain clambering over things, eating the needles off the tree (we had to chase her out the room as we don’t fancy a trip to kitty A&E on Christmas day) she’s just excited, so we can’t blame her too much. 😀

A very good morning to everybody this damp and cold Friday. I hope that you’ve all got a good day planned ahead. I imagine that there will be many festivities as offices close for the Christmas holiday period so there may well be a few hangovers to face tomorrow morning lol. I would like to say a big Hello to all those people who contacted me regarding today, 21st December, being the end of the Mayan calendar and thus, the end of the world. As you can see by the fact that we’re all here happily communicating on Facebook, it is not the end of the world. Changes are surely taking place and the world today is not the world we knew even fifty short years ago, but mankind will carry on for many a long year to come. There are changes afoot, and some of these will not be pleasant, we only have to look at the changes in our weather patterns to see that, but since the beginnings of time our world has been changing and evolving and there is nothing we can do about it. We must all learn to accept these changes as part of that evolvement.

Must admit that it irks me a bit when people make snarky comments like “You’re psychic…you should know what’s gonna happen on 12-21-12.” News flash: psychics do not know EVERYTHING. That’s God’s job.

My Uncle Kenny (Cousin Kenny's dad) came from a poor and not very affectionate family. He had NEVER received a Christmas present until he spent his first Christmas with his wife, my Aunt Polly. The gift that she gave to him touched his heart and soul so deeply that from then until his death in 1984, my Uncle Kenny always LOVED Christmas. He LOVED decorating the family Christmas tree. He LOVED cooking amazing Christmas dinners. He LOVED listening to Christmas music on his stereo. He LOVED his family and friends and he LOVED seeing their delight when they opened the gifts that he gave to them.

My Uncle Kenny was a very good man who chose LOVE instead of anger, resentment, bitterness, jealousy and hate. And I LOVED him very, very much. ^i^

Here is another one of my lovely Christmas memories…

Many years ago, when I was in high school, my mom, dad and I traveled from our home in South Carolina to spend Christmas with family and friends in New York State. We had lived there (NY) several years earlier and it was wonderful to share the holidays with our loved ones.

One night, a couple of days before Christmas, I was visiting my dear friends and former next door neighbors, the Barry family. The Barry's were a proud Irish Catholic family, consisting of mom, dad and 5 children. Every Christmas, their home was festively decorated and Christmas carols were always playing on their huge old stereo.

Sadly, that Christmas was a tough one for the Barry family. They were financially strapped and Christmas was looking a bit lean. Nonetheless, the spirit of Christmas filled their home.

As we sat chatting that evening, conversation steered to what we'd all asked Santa to bring us for Christmas. I looked at Mrs. Barry — whom I called "Mama Fran" — and asked her, "What do you want for Christmas, Mama Fran?"

With her eyes downcast and filling with tears, she said, "I want a ham, so that I can feed my family Christmas dinner."

My heart broke…and I knew what I had to do. After a few minutes, I said that I had to head back to my Aunt Polly's house, where my family and I were staying for the holidays, so I said "good night" and hurried down the street.

As I walked through the back door into Aunt Polly's kitchen, I saw that my mom, dad, Aunt Polly and Uncle Kenny (Aunt Polly's husband) were sitting around the table playing cards. My mother looked up at me and said, "Hello, son. How was your visit was the Barry's?"…and I started to cry.

Mother jumped up and put her arms around me, asking what was wrong. Through my tears, I told the grown-ups about Mrs. Barry's wish for a Christmas ham. Not a single word was spoken when I had finished. My dad simply looked, knowingly, at Uncle Kenny, the two men got their coats, then Dad told me, "Let's go."

We got into our car and went shopping. Dad and Uncle Kenny were like two jolly Santa Clauses as they filled a cart with food and candy and presents for the Barry family. They even got a wicker laundry basket to put the items into. The last thing they placed in the cart was a huge ham. At that moment, my heart was bursting with love for those two unselfish, wonderful men!

We drove directly to the Barry's house. Uncle Kenny took the big, overflowing wicker basket, placed it on their porch, knocked on the door, jumped back in the car and we all sped away.

No words needed to be spoken. No one needed to be thanked. The only thing that really mattered was that we had helped to create a small, but very important, Christmas miracle.

Years went by. No one ever mentioned the incident…until one Christmas, a few years ago, when my precious friend, Ellen, one of the Barry daughters, said to me, "Ya' know, last Christmas, I did something for a family who didn't have much for the holidays."

The story that she told me was quite familiar. "I bought some groceries and some presents and a great big ham…and I put everything in a wicker laundry basket…and I put it on their front porch. I knocked on their front door, then drove away."

"That was a very wonderful and generous thing to do," I told Ellen.

"I was just paying it forward," Ellen told me. "Someone did that for my family, years ago, and it meant everything to us." And then she started to cry and hugged me, tightly.

Neither of us said another word. Words weren't necessary.

Got me thinking about tech and stuff and the best bit of kit they ever had was David ooooo i’m going to miss the medium …………… i mean i have said it before…. but they could blindfold the medium for the initial walk round…… ASKING NO QUESTIONS!!!!!!……. just letting the medium talk. Then have the medium on standby …………. i mean as much as they dont believe in mediums etc they did offer protection…. AND… if what Tracey said about GA is anything to go by then they will notice a real difference without them, especially when they visit a particularly nasty place, and like GA it may follow them home and linger for weeks ??? i’m just saying……….

Awww well just excuse me thinking aloud……….. anyway the mediums were excellent last night!!!! Also watched the 1st PW last night d d d creepy stuff!!!!!!…….. so sad its finished now 🙁
