Yeah so much for Karl’s statement last year about it being too late to do a MH but they’d be back next year bigger and better to “take back Halloween”. Well they’ve had a year to sort something out and, with Halloween just 4 weeks away, still no announcement – always thought Karl was full of it!

MMMMMM Sky box wellllll the little devil has decided it will just not tape anything on the Bio channel……. all square boxes and stuttering grrr i can watch Bio but not tape it????So i did not get my thurs night fix. I have been told to turn it off at the wall then back on but the last time i had to do that it got stuck on standby and when Sky talked me through how to get it back i lost all my recordings sooooooooooo
The appliance angel is not looking after me right now my toaster has died and the kettle is hanging on. Ok i can boil water and make toast on the cooker but it takes all the fun out of it for me lol:-(

Well i have news we have brought two furry friends of our own , can i introduce to you GUINEAPIGS :- FUDGE AND TINA TURNER!!!!!
fudge is my daughters a cute brown but a little skittish at the mo and Tina T is ny sons that’s dark brown and ginger that squeaks a lot and is getting braver AWWW they are adorable and we are soo happy with them we got the hutch a cover wattle bottle nuggets a rolly thing for them to hide and play in a mineral stone for them to keep there teeth down and giving them fresh apple and bits of leafage ( but nt lettuce as that gives them poorly tummies) and a few bondind moments with them twice a day to tame them and let them get used to us, we raised them off the ground too so no predators can get at them we now havwe a lovely tortisehell tabby that keeps coming in the garden and yesterday it got brave and decided to sneak in the back door lol so although we welcome the puss wehave to watch our little girlies in their hutch !
On second load of washing now you can tell it’s the weekend School uniforms eh?

Tried to watch cgs last night but when i sat down at 9:30 (beat the ads i say) my sky box made a cracking sound and i got a blue screen of death …….. thank gawd i watched game of thrones when i had the chance was the first thing to go through my mind ….. until i remembered Dexter season 6 was there ……….. so i crossed my fingers for 10m and i am pleased to say the old box recovered.

Hello again, my friends, it’s been a while, how is everyone? Got a few things to pick up, replies planned for Claire and Nikki, a debate to resume with Simon and it’s great to see Jason, Darren and Anita again, I hope you’re all ok.
The house has been upside down for the past week with packing the kitchen up ready for the builders to fit the new kitchen, then the kitchen being fitted. It’s very noisy, I retreated up to the attic with my brother and Artie for a while (she climbed through a circular TV ariel XD ) and I reassured the cat that I won’t let anything happen to her, she’s curled up safely in Mum and Dad’s wardrobe now, I made sure the door was open a bit so she can get out easily. I think she feels safe in there hidden in the wardrobe on a box surrounded by our jumpers, I suppose it’s close to a reassuring snuggle with the family.

It’s good to keep the mind going, especially in the absence of a job (thanks, Iain Duncan-Smith) when you find that topic that really connects with you, it brings so much joy and you spend so many happy hours immersing yourself in it, the people and places become such a part of your own life until you feel like you know them as old friends. 🙂
They can be, even at PM they are hesitant with some aspects of the paranormal. Ouija boards, for instance, are not used during ghost vigils as they are “not a road [they] want to go down” and I suspect that that was why they were noticeably absent from the MH investigation there.

P.I.L. was not as bad as it was painted, it had some very good ideas, I liked the idea of having two small teams, one of believers, one of sceptics, I think that was a good idea, and I think it was a good idea for one team to use more scientific methods and for the other to use more traditional methods, so that a comparison could be drawn between the results gathered on both sides and how the teams responded to them, then they could look at why the results were as successful or not as successful as they were. The studio-based experts is a good move, as they can answer any questions, explain the experiments and the purpose of them and give factual or speculative input and that’s useful to have; they also set the scene a bit and add a more atmosphere to the studio, so that’s good too. It would still have been nice to see some of the old crowd, though.
Kyle Gray has a website, I’ll post that up for you, sounds like he’s got a lot of projects and David provided testimony for his website (infuriatingly, I can’t find it now) but they’ve worked together a few times, they did a workshop together and they also worked on the ‘Intuitive Celts’ workshops in April, May and July, which also featured Gordon Smith (although the three were giving separate workshops on separate months, so I don’t think they actually met, which is annoying, as you can imagine how much fun it would be to put the three of them in a room together.)

Patrick said that he (Patrick) was never given the sites, implying that Chris was lying, no doubt hoping to become the main medium next time by shoving the current medium up the creek. The funny thing is, Antix must have had their fingers crossed if they’d agreed to that, as after Patrick had backed them they said no more mediums. Serves him right! XD

Last night i had a freaking scarey dream jeeeze cant remember much but Felix was there aw so it wasnt all bad.
P\S Ryan B was there in a big gloomy dark room shouting wildly about something (i knew at the time?) Felix had 2 eyes and was very happy to see me, but Ryan was scaring me so i picked up Felix ……… woke up ……. then got the creeps.
Had to go to the loo which is at the end of the hall no light switch at my end so i stood at my door for a sec to check my nightlight was still lit ……..seen a flicker so felt a little easier then a great big flash lit up the whole area ….. have to tell you i put Jasons jump to shame i nearly jamp out of my skin….. i thought ooooo wtfeck is that ….. so i pushed on and just got to the looo when the thunder RUMBLED.
Deary me, back in my room had to switch the tv off ……. but the storm just turned to rain ???
So glad for candles ……… what it all meant ???? But really that lightning flashes timing was …….. well i could have done without it.

What i meant to say last in my post is that i wanted to watch “great ghost stories” that i’d recorded and yes saw the first one at Derby Gaol with our friend Richard Felix ,love that guy sooo much , so welcoming to Micheala and full of exciting info and stories , was Edward Felix his brother? he seemed like another down to earth Felix guy too , i had heard of tunnels around Derby but didn’t know they started at the Guildhall .
Derby is a special place to me and always will be as it’s my hometown and only now when i think back to when i was a little girl thinking that Derby was quite spooky but not sure why? now i know why? what with so many ley lines running underneath.Fascinating .
The next one was at Bolton with MH first Jason , well he has changed in his appearance but not in his mannerisms bless him yes like to visit Hall th Wood or Hall in the wood as they call it , can’t quite believe it’s stuck in the middle of a housing estate eh? Just love Tudor buildings or old buildings in general such character i’ve often wanted to live in an old cottage big enough for the four of us with period features or an old Victorian style house can you imagine the rooms you’d have to dust!!!!

Well, the day I’ve been looking forward to has arrived. I’m off to Newcastle later for the first show in the Living Spirits joint mini tour with Colin Fry at the City Hall tonight. It’s a while since I worked on stage with Colin, the last time being The Three Mediums. I know that it’s going to be an exciting and memorable set of demonstrations for all.

8pm DARK checked on them with a torch still out making a lot of noise……..
Now they are new neighbours and dont speak……. but i know Foxes roam about as i’ve seen them anyway i couldnt let it lie.
Torch in hand i chased them about there run and put them in there hutch.
They have a very timid small cat who was screaming to get in its house so i ran back with food for her.
I dont know i think they had been away all weekend ????? maybe a fam emergency???
So i did not mean to be a busybody it was just instinct. But in the cold light of day erm how dare i really yikes.
I keep telling myself i would want someone to do that for me …….. then i think oh dear so i’m gonna hide for a bit lol. 🙂

But Dr C 30 odd min interview was ok apparently parapsychology is a dying trade not taken seriously by the other sciences and so funding is a problem.

I’ve been recording Ghost stories on Fri and i still have P/witnesses to get thru as well as a couple of i survived so find a time to cram some para tv in my life , the 1st ghost stories was at derby gaol wasn’t it ? i would love to go there a few people i know that live in derby still have been and caught supposed orbs on camera!!!.

But i just saved (well earlier) 2 big calico bunnies from certain death at the jaws of a Jack Russell. They were hopping about in the JR garden so i had to wake JR Mum up and we were running about like loons trying to catch them. Kinda sorted there run, i hope!, at least until there owners come home but jeeezee thats not good for you on a sunday morning. Mrs JR gave them 2 carrots and i gave them 1\2 a lettuce hope it keeps them outta trouble.

I was informed that Andrew Calder, a lay pastor and man committed to helping families experiencing hauntings, passed away today. Calder and I got to know each other when I asked him to be a part of “Paranormal State.” I have found very few people who put clients/TheWork over TV/money/fame, and Andrew Calder is in my eyes one of those people. Calder followed his calling despite having to maintain a full-time job and undoubtedly many other duties. He always maintained a calm-yet-ever-watchful presence wherever he went. He gave me some important advice one day that influenced a major life decision, although I’m sure he was not aware of how heavy his words were at that particular time. I cannot say I have the honor of calling him a good friend, as our paths ultimately made it hard to connect, but he influenced myself and many others. His ripple across the pond of life does not end with his passing. And it’s in this ripple – which already changed many – where we can further Andrew Calder’s legacy. In our field there is no Pulitzer or Nobel Peace Prize. But a candle in the dark certainly seems a fitting symbol for those willing to venture in to the unknown. In honor of Andrew Calder’s life work, I ask my friends and supporters to light a candle tonight before bed, and perhaps change your profile image for a day to a candle in the dark. Such a simple gesture fits the persona of a man who never wanted anything more than to use his life to help those in need. Goodbye Father Calder, we shall meet again soon! -RYAN

@ Nikki absolutely !!! 🙂 (lol) It seems that every week -almost- there is a story about a pet mainly Cats that open the heart\mind of a child. And yet most intelligent? humans dont grant them any sense ?? Like you i find it maddening.
Knowing Cats as i do, i feel like i have betrayed little Fluff but of course your right ….. and yet?… oh well i will get past it. I will phone the shelter lady at one point i’m sure to see how he is. I have been bothering everyone ‘do you want a Cat :-)’, as i know he is going to be a little cracker.

Yeah scary secondary school , but the school we visited last night had a big thumbs up from us it’s just will offer her so much as it’s a specialist school in performing arts and the facilities and equipment are the best in the lincs area so that’s our designated school , she’s very creative get’s the arts from her mam and dad we both studied BTEC performing arts at college passed Mr Nikki is a good dj and i can belt out a tune and act and dance when req also do a mean marge simpson lmao stop blowing my trumpet nikki you extrovert you lol
